Introducing Scientifica's FLIM Upgrade kit
Scientifica are delighted to announce the release of our FLIM Upgrade kit, providing an integrated and flexible Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging solution.
Based around PicoQuant’s state-of-the-art TCSPC system, the FLIM Upgrade Kit is compatible with all Scientifica multiphoton scan head and supports galvo and resonance imaging. This allows existing multiphoton systems to be easily upgraded.
The FLIM Upgrade installed on a Scientifica multiphoton microscope enables simultaneous fluorescence intensity and fluorescence lifetime imaging, in up to two colour channels.
By combining the high temporal resolution of intensity imaging with the detailed information on chemical environment provided by fluorescence lifetime imaging, highly quantitative data can be acquired.
