    The Scientifica Movable Sample Plate (MSP) offers up to 20 mm of smooth manual movement in both the X and Y axes. Providing simple positioning of your sample within your microscope field of view.

    The Sample Plate offers two configuration options: in vivo and in vitro, allowing you to tailor it to your specific experimental requirements.

    Precise sample positioning with a fixed microscope

    The MSP is designed to enable manual movement of your sample in the X and Y axes without the need to move the microscope. This feature is especially important for 2-photon or confocal imaging, where microscope stability is paramount.

    Switch between configurations by exchanging the plate holder with a specialised platform featuring tapped holes for various mounting systems.

    Reliable perfusion positioning

    The in vitro plate includes the Slice Recording Chamber Kit with magnetic mounting and Bath Perfusion Tools, streamlining perfusion positioning and reducing reliance on custom-built perfusion inlets.

    Flexible mounting around your microscope

    The screw-down base offers a small footprint, allowing you to mount the sample anywhere around your microscope. Enjoy precise positioning and experimental flexibility to suit your current and future research needs.
