Scientifica recently had the pleasure of speaking to Dr. Fani Koukouli, Group Leader at Institut de Psychiatrie et Neurosciences de Paris (IPNP).
Fani's team studies the cholinergic modulation of cortical inhibitory circuits and its dysfunction in psychiatric disorders, performing a wide range of experiments including electrophysiology patch clamping and optogenetics.
